We get a lot of people ask “what’s the best thing I can do for my skin”? The first thing I say is HydroPeptide, and the next is routine!
Routine really is key, even the best skin care products are not going to work if you don’t apply them regularly, so here are some tips for the essentials:
Cleanse morning and evening. I know this is a pain when you get home late at night, but trust me it’s a better look to wake up fresh faced than panda eyed!
Soap and water is the worst thing to cleanse with as this will strip the skin of all it’s natural oils, drying the skin. The second worst is makeup wipes…throw them out! If you leave your makeup on overnight your depriving your skin of oxygen, and giving your pores the chance to become clogged leading to breakouts!
Invest
in a decent exfoliator and use 1-2 times a week! A good exfoliator will thoroughly cleanse the skin, remove dead skin cells and contain AHA’s to give your pores a deep down clean that will help eliminate congestion, brightening the skin, and allowing your serum and cream to properly get to work where the skin needs it most.
Use a skin serum and cream specific to your skin type! These should be used morning and evening without fail. During the day your cream helps to protect the skin against pollutants and keep it hydrated while at night your skin repairs itself and needs the hydration!
An SPF is a must have! The suns rays (UVA) age your skin and can cause pigmentation. These should be applied every day, summer and winter, even if you work indoors, as UVA can penetrate through glass!

In order for the skin to look youthful it requires Collagen, Elastin and Hyaluronic acid. All three are contained within the skin in high levels when we are children, but gradually decline as we age.
